Summary

Client Ops Leads are critical for improving our processes. You will use your analytical and operational skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions. You will get hands on operating experience in a fast growing company. There will be opportunities to travel and work with people from all over the world. Based on performance, there will be opportunities to hire and build a team and grow your leadership.

Your impact

  • Set, track and achieve SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for our clients
  • Improve response time for our clients
  • Analyze and streamline workflows and processes for Chatdesk Experts and our Center for Excellence team
  • Rollout tools that automate and streamline workflows

Preferred but not required

  • Previous experience with analytical, consulting or operations roles
  • Previous experience running a marketplace or outsourced operation
  • Previous experience managing a customer service team
  • Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
