Customer Service Training Manager


The Pilot Launch Manager is critical for the launch of every new brand on the Chatdesk platform. You will use your business operations skills to oversee and spearhead the efforts to successfully introduce new companies to our services. You will get hands-on operations management experience in a fast growing company. There will be opportunities to travel and work with people from all over the world. Based on performance, there will be opportunities to grow your leadership.

Your impact

  • Understand our customers’ organizational goals and unique challenges, and set objectives for their pilot launch
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team, Sales team and Center for Excellence
  • Develop and implement a plan to successfully launch a pilot that will convert customers to paid
  • Ensure launch operations are carried out in an efficient and effective way
  • Create procedures with a focus on continuous improvement and developing a high performance culture
  • Collaborate with management and engineering teams of our customers to help with the onboarding of our solutions and technical troubleshooting
  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues around product usage, technical support, onboarding & general account satisfaction
  • Analyze results to improve future launches

Preferred but not required

  • 2-3 years in a lead operations role with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • Experience with software tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, etc
