Talent Acquisition

Summary

The Talent Acquisition team helps to grow and retain top talent in the Chatdesk team. This is remote first role and you are welcome to work from home. You will use your full cycle recruiting skills to (1) Source new talent (2) Screen candidates (3) Guide them through the interview process and offer stages (4) Plan and execute team events and activities to foster community and employee satisfaction. You will get hands on operating experience in a fast growing company. There will be opportunities to travel and work with people from all over the world. Based on performance, there will be opportunities to hire and build a team and grow your leadership.


Your impact

  • Doubling the size of the Chatdesk team this year
  • Manage full recruiting cycle and all efforts across multiple teams: candidate sourcing, scheduling, leading candidates through interview processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to build interview processes and job descriptions
  • Implement and manage ATS (Application Tracking System) to track pipeline, metrics, and data insights to make stronger hiring decisions
  • Drive talent brand awareness
  • Source potential candidates for open roles at Chatdesk through outreach on LinkedIn, AngelList, etc
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and pipelines
  • Screen inbound candidates for potential fit
  • Handle rejections and candidate feedback
  • Manage vendor recruiters
  • Plan and execute team events

Requirements

  • Cultural add with our values
  • Previous experience with recruiting for Startups and SaaS companies
  • 2+ years previous experience hiring for Engineering roles or Go To Market roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to inspire people
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing and evolving environment
  • Scrappy and positive team player
  • Last and certainly not least, lover of customer experience!

Preferred but not required

  • Knowledge of the hiring marketing and best practices in Europe (Germany, Poland, Denmark, etc)
