Chatdesk will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions (including to perform any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and through Customer’s use of Services functionality) and as required by applicable law.

Chatdesk may retain Other Information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (such as to provide the Services, including any optional features you use, and to provide customer support). This may include keeping your Other Information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for Chatdesk to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Links to other websites and applications

We may provide links to or integration with other websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites or the information they contain. When you use the Service on another website or application, then the privacy policy of that other website or application will apply to your access or use of that site or application.

Our Service includes interfaces that allow you to connect with social networking sites (each a "SNS"). If you connect to a SNS through our Service you authorise us to access, use and store the information that you agreed the SNS could provide to us based on your settings on that SNS. We will access, use and store that information in accordance with this Notice. You can revoke our access to the information you provide in this way at any time by removing the SNS within your account settings.
