How many CX experts do I have?

The number of Experts you have will be based on your ticket volume. We staff accordingly to make sure we meet response time SLA’s. And when you expect to have more tickets, we can also scale up the number of Experts on your account to make sure you have the support you need. Most brands start with 3-5 Experts on their team. However, you are not charged for the number of Experts. You are only charged for the volume of tickets that are solved.
